Milk Processing
The Hartzler family owns 3 dairy farms, all located within 10 miles of our processing facility. Our family members live and work on these farms and we put our hearts and souls into the dairy products we produce. Each time our collection truck makes rounds to each farm it returns with approximately 1200 gallons of milk to the plant. Samples of each shipment undergo testing before the milk even leaves the truck’s holding tank. Once milk has passed inspection, it is processed in our plant using a low-temperature vat-pasteurization method. The milk is then bottled and shipped in our own delivery trucks to grocery stores and specialty food stores throughout Ohio (click here for store locations). We take pride in producing dairy products that are wholesome and natural, and it all starts with the way we raise our cows.

"..The Cream Rises to the top" |
Whether you drink it straight from the bottle (we won't tell your mom), or from a favorite glass, there's one thing you need to do first: SHAKE BEFORE DRINKING! That's because our milk is all natural and the cream rises to the top -- that's what makes our milk healthier and tastier than most!
