Q: Where are you located?
A: Hartzler Family Dairy is located at 5454 Cleveland Road in Wooster Ohio. However you can also find our products in over 90 other retail locations throughout Ohio. These locations and directions to their stores are located in the STORES section of our webstead.
Q: What makes your milk unique?
A: Three things make our milk unique to milk produced by other dairies. First we are certified chemical free. There are no herbicides, pesticides, or artificial hormones used on any of our farms. Second, during processing our milk is pasteurized, but is not homogenized; as a result, the cream rises to the top. When cream is left in its natural state it remains in the digestive system to be broken down by the liver and stored as one of the highest energy sources. Thirdly, we package our milk in glass bottles. The glass enables the milk to remain at a cooler temperature and also prevents the absorption of unwanted chemicals from the container.
Q: Why does your milk look different then other milk I see in the stores?
A: Hartzler milk is as natural as you can get. Since we do not homogenize our milk you can see the cream line at the top of our bottle. The reason the milk looks different is because in conventional dairies the cream is blasted in many microscopic particles under heavy pressure. Our cream is preserved in our processing and allows our milk to be one of the healthiest on the market.
Q: What other products do you have, besides the all-natural milk?
